In August 2024, Odiljon Azimov, the corporate lawyer and expert in the field of financial and investment regulation in the Republic of Uzbekistan, joined the Edward’s East Strategies team as an associate partner.

Odiljon has extensive experience in structuring the activities of large venture capital funds. In his professional activity, he also accompanied numerous projects in the areas of public-private partnership, venture capital, IT, financial technologies and others.

At the firm, Odiljon Azimov is responsible for consulting services to businesses on investment and innovation and technology regulation, export and import control, tax and financial regulation, antitrust (competition) regulation, as well as analysis and assessment of regulatory risks.
