We possess the extensive work experience within the supranational administration body (the EEC), in particular, with regard to preventing the increase of import duties in countries of the Eurasian Economic Union on medications from the plant protection products’ category. Our clients’ cluster comprises the international agricultural company, who encountered the market protectionism within a country of the Eurasian Economic Union. During the project, aimed at protecting the client’s interests, the alternative antimonopoly investigation was carried out. As a result of the investigation, the problem was successfully eliminated, and it ceased to exist in countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. Another example of the activity at the level of the EEC – the legal and GR-support of the international food company, covering the explanatory implementation of controversial provisions of ТР ТС 022/2021.
